What is the APA ?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance payment, usually between 30% and 35% of the charter fee, used to cover the variable expenses of the trip such as fuel, food and beverages, moorings outside the base port, additional water toys, and any special requests from guests.

It is not an extra cost but rather an operating fund managed by the crew, who keep a detailed record of the expenses. At the end of the charter, any unused amount is refunded to the client, and if the inicial amount is exceeded, the difference is settled accordingly.
